Ask Cairn anything about your day, your projects, your team. The cockpit shapes itself around what you actually need — your existing tools (Airtable, MyDoma, QuickBooks, Chief Architect) stay yours; this layer just sits on top.

Procurement is your biggest bottleneck — once Lindsay's vendor lane (S5) is wired, open POs and lead-time follow-ups surface here.
Cross-cuts Airtable + MyDoma once those integrations land. Click a project to drill into phase, vendors, and accounting state.
These three blocks are tuned to your current pre-v1 setup. Swap them for S1 Gmail triage, S6 Lead qualifier, S7 Accounting, or S8 Design as those surfaces light up.
Block configuration ships in the next pilot phase. For v1 the cockpit defaults to Today, Vendor follow-ups, and Active projects — picked from your 8-surface v1 plan. When customization opens up you'll be able to swap any of these for S1 (Gmail triage), S6 (Lead qualifier), S7 (Karen's accounting lens), or S8 (Chrissy's design lane). Tell Cairn above what you'd want first and the ask logs into your tenant memory.
