Welcome.

This is your SJ Design cockpit. It won't replace anything you already use — Airtable, MyDoma, QuickBooks, Chief Architect, Houzz, the rest stay yours. What it does is sit on top of all of them, surface what needs your attention, and route the right things to Chrissy, Karen, and Lindsay so they each see only what's theirs.

Day 1 is a placeholder. The 8 surfaces below come online over the pilot. Two are ready to build now (Calendar layer, Vendor lane); the rest gate on small pre-work — your Outlook→Gmail flip, an Airtable spec walkthrough, and short conversations on lead sources, Chrissy's specifics, and the QuickBooks view for Karen.

Pre-v1 work: Paul's running your IT migrations (email + website). Cairn's running the integration research (MyDoma, Airtable). Status panel below shows where each is at.
